People come to health and wellbeing coaching for many different reasons.

You might recognise yourself here.
The Ready but Wants Guidance
You might be here if you feel ready to make changes, but want support to do it in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
You might need some information and practical guidance to implement something that fits your life.
The Busy & Stretched Person
You might be here if you care about your health, but your time and energy are limited.
You need something that works with your life as it is — not an ideal version of it.
The Overwhelmed Seeker
You might be here if you’ve tried many approaches before and feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice.
You want to feel better, but don’t know where to start anymore — or how to make things stick.
The “I Know What To Do… I Just Have To Do It”
You might be here if you feel like you already know what you “should” be doing, but find it difficult to stay consistent or follow through.
You’re not looking for more information — you’re looking for support to understand what’s getting in the way and how to move forward in a way that actually works for you.
Your Commitment
My work is tailored to respect your stage of activation. People who have the knowledge, confidence, and skills to manage their own health tend to have better outcomes.
Attending sessions is a commitment to yourself and to the process. Even when progress feels slower or you notice yourself coasting, those moments are an important part of the process.
Sessions can be especially valuable at times when motivation drops or setbacks happen. They give us space to reflect with kindness, understand what’s getting in the way, and gently re-engage.
We are not looking for perfection, but for consistency and honesty. Some weeks will feel easier than others, and that’s part of the process. What matters most is that you keep coming back to yourself and to the reasons why your health matters to you.
My role is to support and guide you, but the change belongs to you. What you do between sessions is where real change begins.

Words From People I’ve Worked With
Your help, support, and encouragement have helped me more than you know. The evidence you’ve given me during our meet-ups has helped me see myself in a different way and look at life in a way no one has been able to do before.”

“Tais didn’t focus on weight alone—she listened to my goals and supported me to become healthier, fitter, and happier. As a result, I lost weight naturally as a side effect, but more importantly, I built a healthier relationship with food and myself.”

“You listened with genuine kindness and helped me reflect on my stress in a new way. While I know I still have work to do, our sessions created an important turning point and encouraged me to start putting things in place to feel more like myself again.”

“You helped me understand that change doesn’t have to be overwhelming — taking one small step at a time made it feel achievable and sustainable for me.”

“I learned so much working with Tais: challenging negative thoughts, making better choices, and celebrating small wins. Her knowledge and handouts still guide me every day, reminding me that progress is a journey, not perfection.”

“Your calm, approachable way made me feel safe to talk things through. You helped me reflect on myself and walk away with practical tools I can use whenever I need to make a change.”
